Based on long-term R&D in the membrane field, Hydrizon has independently developed a composite membrane designed for current alkaline electrolytic electrolysis cells. This membrane not only has excellent mechanical strength but also can stably withstand the impact of hightemperature alkaline electrolyte and generated gas, ensuring that the coating does not peel off in frequent temperature changes and complex fluctuating environments and effectively extending its service life. At the same time, it can maintain excellent chemical stability under electrolysis temperature and alkaline conditions, providing a solid guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the electrolytic cells.

Through in-depth cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Hydrizon has successfully developed a better-performing alkaline electrolytic cell sealing gasket. This gasket has significantly improved in Vickers hardness, compression resilience, and creep relaxation performance, greatly enhancing product safety and operational stability. This innovative achievement provides a solid guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the electrolytic cells.
