Covering an area of 100 mu (approximately 66,700 m²), the base has established a 15,000 m² modular intelligent production line, forming a highly automated and intelligent manufacturing system. The 1300 Nm³/h alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production system has successfully rolled off the production line.
The facility is equipped with a CNAS-certified laboratory capable of performing a comprehensive range of mechanical performance tests, including yield strength, tensile strength, bending, impact, fatigue, and shear, ensuring that critical materials meet the high-strength and high-durability requirements of electrolyzer systems.
Advanced analytical instruments such as spectrometers and X-ray diffraction analyzers are deployed to accurately characterize the composition and microstructure of metallic materials, providing scientific support for material selection and process optimization in electrolyzer manufacturing.
Additionally, a 12 MW electrolyzer testing platform has been built to simulate complex operational conditions, supporting performance validation for large-scale hydrogen production capacity. Real-time monitoring of electrolyzer performance under various load scenarios is enabled through an intelligent data acquisition and analysis system, ensuring operational stability and safety.
With cutting-edge capabilities in manufacturing, inspection, and system testing, Hydrizon continues to drive the high-end, large-scale development of alkaline electrolyzer technology, delivering more efficient and reliable hydrogen production solutions for the green hydrogen industry.
